its annoying when you are at a work place where there are no norms defined. where the place is reactive and proactive measures are often shun down by logs that have been in that place for so long that they refuse to budge or grow..
they dont allow new shoots to grow, no life grows there, no improvements, no new learning’s, nothing ever changes, same arguments, same requirements, same shitty egos wanting to be massaged, same shitty politics being played day in and day out without a penny’s gain, wonder where do the get all that energy to cook up things and be constantly unsatisfied at what you get in return rather than what have you done to deserve anything you are actually getting..
its funny how institutions, organisations and workplaces survive without any measure of csat in place forget csat some dont even check the capabilities of performers before the tasks are being given out… constantly endangering the future of so many in so many areas
i wonder how do the managers sleep in peace, are they not taught any ethics when they get trained in their first jobs, how are their foundations laid, teaching them to constantly work on playing blame games and reactive approach to everything … constantly working towards finding a new way to salvage a situation…
i have worked in customer service for a while and i know that keeping the customer happy is a tough job but isnt the fact that when organisations are shaping up to face the customer they do write a few things in place, like may be a service level agreement, or policy, or a set of rules and regulations that do not change with every manager but stay in place so that the processes are streamlined and things work well
there is always a method in madness and an order in chaos but here there is none, madness of mad king works in all direction and chaos created by queens rules the alleys of the kingdom…
gossip and betrayal, back stabbing and conspiring are norms.. wonder how the work force survive… will the attrition rise or will the contempt for the management, will the work continue to be substandard or will the management ever open their eye to a better tomorrow…
