my friend says that either you love everyone or you love no one

when I use to hear it earlier I wondered how true it was……. was it really the reality we all live with and deny its existence or 

was it reading all the mills and boons and fairytales that emphasized the fact that love is eternal and last forever we started denying the mere existence of the possibilities that one can accommodate more than one person in the circle of life where we care for their safety ….. where we look forward to meeting them……. where we feel good about their existence in our life irrespective to the fact that they may not really be physically present ………. 

the mere virtual existence in our life makes us happy………….. a feeling that may be termed as happy or pleasant or just plain simple nice

and then there are these days when we feel extremely unsettled or just plain simple grumpy coz we haven’t been able to get in touch with this virtual existing person / persons…..

again do we love these people ………… are they all so important to us that we get grumpy just because we cant get in touch with them………… or are they mere habits that we cultivate so we can feel more loved and cared for then the reality ………….. or are they the assumptions we create to comfort ourselves with thoughts that we longed for in the past……….

I don’t know …………. cant really figure out this………. do the people who study psychology are understand these complexities and what do they name such madness …………..
